A LITTLE ABOUT JIM

Jim Norris formed Sweetwater Mortgage Company on February 28, 1994.  Jim has been around the mortgage industry for most of his life.  His father, the late Don Norris, was founder and President of Commonwealth Savings and Commonwealth Mortgage during the 1970 and 80's.  Since its inception, Jim and Sweetwater have tirelessly served the Texas real estate community earning an excellent reputation for great rates and closing costs, diverse loan programs, personal customer service, and "cutting-edge" technology!
