HOW TO UNDERSTAND THIS CHART
« The higher the bars are above the middle horizontal line (i.e. at 0 Points) then there is that much pressure on rates to go DOWN at that particular time.
« The lower the bars are below the middle horizontal line (i.e. at 0 Points) then there is that much pressure on rates to go UP at that particular time.
« If there are no bars going up or down then there is NEUTRAL pressure on rates at that particular time.
« Finally, the bar colors symbolize which direction rates are going since the last 15 minute update. The color "red" means that rates are higher than the previous 15 minute update, "green" means rates are lower than the previous update, and "blue" means that rates are the same as the previous update.
